In an earlier post I shared that we have been using paper folded fortune tellers as a way to give the girls some autonomy with their decision making.
Flossy has been quite taken with the small paper pyramids and we have now got one for her learning, her break times and as a selection of creatures 🙂
She was very keen to show the world out there her completely independently made frog, ‘it was going to be a monster but I decided it looks more like a frog’.
So, in true Flossy style, here you go.
As an aside, it was great to see he high levels of concentration, tripod pencil grip, trial and error with where to draw the teeth and creativity in full view as she made the creature – so perhaps some legs as a home schooling activity?
They could be use to retell stories, make plays, talk and use expressive language, show emotions etc.
Or, could just be for fun!
