So, we are o to badge making according to Freya’s gift list…
It took a while for me to find inspiration!
Then, i remembered the Hamma beads we had been given by the family we bought the bunk beds from.
The girls have never used Hamma beads and were intrigued.
The fine motor skills needed are extraordinary!
Initially I thought Flossy was going to give up. Her sticky little fingers kept making the beads come back off the frame after she has placed them.
Her solution…. tweezers!
Freya was in her element, Felicity was amazingly resilient. She found it really tricky, but didn’t give up, and with a bit of help had made the first badge. Now I just need to work our how to attach a safety pin!
