We are trying to enjoy the last few days and weeks with the girls before they start school (if any of the Local Authorities can get their acts together).
We ventured out to another of the Country Parks near our new home after having secured ourselves an allotment this week.
In the playground we used the standing see saw to investigate levers.
The girls experimented with moving closer and further to and from the apex of the seesaw to see if they could balance.
The extended their learning by including Nick and I and trying to get the whole family to balance.
We laughed and experimented for ages as they hypothesized how to use our location to fairly distribute our collective weight.
Such amazing science in action.
